Welcome to the Hyatt Studio website! We're Ayron Hyatt and Kelly Kruse-Hyatt, both trained opera singers and voice teachers. We have a passion for teaching students of all ages and are proficient in all styles. We're based in the Kansas City metro area. Our studio is located in Independence, MO but our students come from all over the metro.
Music expresses that which cannot be put into words and that which cannot remain silent.

We don't accept students under the age of 12  except in very special cases. Beyond that, all ages are welcome.

We love working with complete beginners. We have had students of all levels. It is never too late to learn to sing! If you think you'd like to take lessons or have questions, please get in touch!

Multiple styles

Though we are both trained classically, we are comfortable teaching a range of styles. While there are definitely stylistic differences among different genres, the foundations of vocal production and health are basically the same.

We have sung and taught many different musical styles:
Classical - Art Song, Opera, Operetta, Oratorio, Sacred music
Broadway and Musical Theater

Jazz
